  • Refrigerant, compressors or major HVAC repairs
  • Water heaters, panels, rewiring or system replacement

  • Permits, specialty testing or licensed subcontractors
Important: A covered visit includes diagnosis and up to 60 minutes of standard labor for one primary maintenance issue. Hidden damage, inaccessible components, additional repair issues or work requiring specialty licensing may require a separate written estimate. Unused monthly visits do not roll over.

Frequently asked questions

Membership Information

Does the $49 monthly fee include the trip fee?

No. Each scheduled covered visit has a $79 member trip fee. The visit includes initial diagnosis and up to 60 minutes of standard maintenance labor for one primary issue.

Are materials and replacement parts included?

No. Materials, parts, fixtures and equipment are charged separately and require owner approval when applicable.

Can my tenant contact Minphuin LLC directly?

Yes, after the landlord authorizes the tenant as a contact. Repairs or additional charges requiring approval will still be communicated to the property owner.

Do unused service visits roll over?

No. The plan permits up to two covered visits per calendar month, and unused visits do not transfer to future months.

What work receives the 15% member discount?

The discount applies to qualifying additional approved labor for larger repairs performed by Minphuin LLC. It does not apply to materials, equipment, permits, subcontractors or specialty services unless stated in writing.

Is emergency or weekend service included?

No. The membership covers scheduled Monday–Friday service during normal business hours. Emergency, holiday, after-hours and weekend service may be available at separate rates.
