Work Order Mp connects existing Minphuin customers and invited tenants with their property maintenance information.
Access and sign-in
Choose Landlord / Manager or Tenant, then use your email and password. Existing customers may use their setup PIN until they set a password. Tenants can accept the invitation sent by their manager. If your property is missing or your invitation expires, contact Minphuin. Use Forgot your password on the sign-in screen to request a reset.
Reporting and blocking
Use Safety options below a message, work-order update or photo to report inappropriate content. Explain your concern; authorized staff can review the selected content and remove violations. Use Block sender to stop messages between you and that sender and hide their updates. Manage your blocked contacts in Account → Blocked contacts. Blocking does not cancel maintenance or other business obligations; phone or email support remains available.
Acceptable use
Do not post harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, unlawful content, or another person’s sensitive information without permission. Use messages and photos for property maintenance. Text filtering, staff photo review and report review help prevent objectionable content. Minphuin may remove content or restrict abusive accounts. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
Photos and notifications
You can attach up to six selected photos to a request. Staff review photos before sharing them with other app users. Notification delivery requires both app settings and iPhone permission. You can mute individual conversations.
Deleting your account
Use Account → Delete Account. After verification and confirmation, access ends immediately and personal app data is scheduled for deletion within seven days. You receive a completion email. Required business records may be retained as explained in the privacy policy.
Urgent issues
This app is not monitored for emergencies. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Call Minphuin for urgent maintenance coordination.
