Repairs & installation
TV mounting, furniture assembly, shelves, blinds, door and cabinet adjustments, and minor trim repairs. TV mounting excludes new wiring or outlets.
Bathtub, sink & countertop resurfacing
Refresh suitable tubs, sinks, and kitchen or bathroom countertops with surface preparation and a new finish. Ideal for an agreed rental turnover or property refresh, subject to a surface-condition review.

Available services depend on the property, condition, access, materials, and applicable licensing and permit requirements. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural work requiring a license or permit are outside this general maintenance offering.
Appliance replacement, garage door opener work, roof leaks, and deck repairs require an individual scope review; connections, access, or structural changes may require an appropriately licensed contractor.
